ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] Seeking a direction to the second respondent to produce the body and person of the detenue namely Abinayaa, W/o.Sarathkumar, aged about 25 years from the illegal custody of the third and fourth respondents and to set her at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.
2.It is the case of the petitioner that his wife is in the illegal custody of respondents 2 and 3 and that the police have not taken any effective steps to secure her.

3.Today, Mr.S.Vairam, Inspector of Police, Pollachi West Police Station is present.
4.When we enquired Abinaya, she stated that she is 25 years old, got married to the petitioner and that she wants to go with him.
5.Recording the same, the detenue is set at liberty to chalk out her life. Accordingly, this habeas corpus petition stands closed.
