Seeking to set aside the award dated 09.05.2016, the present Original Petition has been filed.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent that the matter has been resolved between the parties and the petitioners have made the payment due to the respondent. However, what is required to be done is return of the original documents along with the No due certificate. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that needful will be done within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy
