[iii] Punjai 1/6

Survey No.298/3, Town Survey No.58, Achama Naidu Kandigai. Ward No.D. Block No.22, Vellore District, Arakkonam Vattam, Arakkonam Town, in ad measuring 4900 sq. ft., out of 0.26 cent land contributed for road expansion [iv] 1/4th undivided share in respect of the land and building bearing Door No.17, 1st Street, Achamma Naidu Kandigai, Palanipettai, Arokonam Town, Arokonam Taluk, formerly Vellore District, presently Ranipet Taluk in ad measuring about 2520 sq.ft., of land and the building situated thereon, and decide the same in the manner known to law. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondent to consider the written representation of the petitioner dated 22.04.2024 and the online representation dated 08.06.2024.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

The grievance of the petitioner is that he has given representation before the respondent to issue patta for his properties viz. [i] Old Survey No.23, 2B, (Presently New Survey No.33) Town Survey No.11, Block No.3, Ward No.C, bearing Old Door No. 27C, New Door No.81, Mosur High Road, Arakkonam Town, Arakkonam Taluk presently Ranipet District formerly Vellore District, measuring to an extent of 2760 sq.ft. [ii] Similarly, 1/4% undivided share in the vacant land situated at Old Survey No.24, Town Survey No.11/5, Block No.3, Ward No.C, Arakkonam Town, Arakkonam Taluk presently Ranipet District formerly Vellore District, measuring to an extent of 2647 sq.ft. [iii] Punjai Survey No.298/3, Town Survey No.58, Achama Naidu Kandigai, Ward No.D. Block No.22, Vellore District, Arakkonam Vattam, Arakkonam Town, measuring to an extent of 4900 sq. ft.

, out of 0.26 cent land contributed for road expansion [iv] 1/4th undivided share in respect of the land and building bearing Door No.17, 1st Street, Achamma Naidu Kandigai, Palanipettai, Arokonam Town, Arokonam Taluk, formerly Vellore District, presently Ranipet Taluk, measuring to an extent of 2520 sq.ft. However, the same has not been considered by the respondent. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.04.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits for issuance of patta in the name of the petitioner, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
