Today, when the matters taken up for hearing under the caption "For reporting compliance", Mr.J.Franklin, learned counsel for the petitioner appeared and submitted that the petitioner had complied the order passed by this court and also produced the copy of receipt dated 02.08.2022 received from the lower court.

2. Mr.C.E.Pratap, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for respondent also conceded the fact that the petitioner has complied the order by depositing the amount of Rs.5,00,000/- in Crime No. 40 of 2021 on 02.08.2022.

3. Mr.A.Ilayaperumal, learned counsel appearing for defacto complainant submitted that due to the conduct of this petitioner viz., V.Pandi, he was put into much hardship and seeking permission to withdraw the amount.

4. Considering his submissions, the defacto complainant is permitted to withdraw the amount on submission of undertaking affidavit. In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication in Crl.O.P. No. 8402 of 2022 and accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition in Crl.O.P. No. 8402 of 2022 is closed. 17.08.2022 rpp 2/3
