ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 09.05.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.14804 of 2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one

month and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one month and thereafter as and when required for interrogation is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
