This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 72 days in filing the above criminal revision petition against order dated 23.01.2023 in MC.No.56 of 2016 passed by Additional Principal Family Judge, Coimbatore.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 72 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
