This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.O.P.No.11189 of 2023 dated 26.05.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police twice in a months ie., on every 1st & 3rd Saturday of every month until further orders.
