Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to reconvert the petitioner from CPS Scheme to GPF Scheme and to accordingly pass appropriate orders to enable the petitioner to avail all the benefits under GPF Scheme and the Tamil Nadu Pension Rules 1973 and to grant him all consequential benefits after deduction the appropriate amount towards GPF subscription within a limited time frame.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents herein to reconvert the petitioner from CPS Scheme to GPF Scheme and to accordingly pass appropriate orders to enable the petitioner to avail all the benefits under GPF Scheme and the Tamil Nadu Pension Rules 1973 and to grant him all consequential benefits after deduction the appropriate amount towards GPF subscription.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and perused the materials available on record.
3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 31.05.2021 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed
of. There shall be no order as to costs.
