(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner concedes that the land in question is for the benefit of Sengunthar Mudaliyar community for drying the threads. He is in no manner concerned with the land in question and thus, we see no reason to entertain the public interest litigation in this matter on mere allegation that some third parties have constructed a wall.
