ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.104 of 2020, on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the first respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.104 of 2020 and charge sheet also filed and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.2134 of 2020 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Coimbatore.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
