Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2(1) to submit proposals to the 3rd respondent for disbursement of the terminal benefits such as service Gratuity, Family Pension and G.P.F etc., due and payable to Thiru.M.Muthuveeran, Village Assistant, Pavithrampudur, Erumaipatti, Sendhamangalam Taluk, Namakkal District who died on 21.04.2022 while in service and to give appointment to 2nd petitioner on compassionate grounds.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to submit proposals to the 3rd respondent for disbursement of the terminal benefits such as service Gratuity, Family Pension and G.P.F etc., due and payable to Thiru.M.Muthuveeran, Village Assistant, Pavithrampudur, Erumaipatti, Sendhamangalam Taluk, Namakkal District who died on 21.04.2022 while in service and to give appointment to 2nd petitioner on compassionate grounds.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that despite the representation dated 09.05.2022, the same has not been considered till date. Hence, seeks for consideration.
3. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that as far as the proposal for disbursement of the terminal benefits is concerned, the same has been forwarded and now is pending for orders. However, with regard to compassionate appointment, no detailed application is received.
4. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. In view of the above, the petitioner is at liberty file a fresh application for such 2/4
application with regard to compassionate appointment, if such application is filed, the same shall be considered by the respondent authorities, on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. As far as the terminal benefits is concerned, the authorities shall pass orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
