Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

In view of the limited prayer made in the writ petition, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.04.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order..

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
