ORDER

This application has been taken out to extend the time frame fixed by this Court vide order dated 20.11.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. The revision petition was disposed of on 20.07.2026, directing the Sub Court, Alandur, to entertain the execution petition and dispose of the same on or before 30.04.2026.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner brings to my notice that subsequently, though EP was numbered, the procedural delays have occasioned and now the EP is at the stage of production of fair final draft of the cancellation deed on 08.07.2026.

5. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the extension application and I am satisfied that there are bonafide steps taken to comply with the orders passed in the revision.

6. In view of the above, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the Sub Court, Alandur, is directed to dispose of execution petition on or before 31.08.2026.
