ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents to bring the petitioner's services under time scale of pay with effect from his appointment dated 04.12.2014 as per G.O.Ms.No.325, dated 20.11.2012 on the file of the respondents regularising his services by considering his representation dated 26.06.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation submitted

by the petitioner dated 26.06.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
