ORDER

Challenging the Crime No.16 of 2021 on the file of the 1st respondent, the criminal original petition has been filed. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police has registered a case in crime No.16 of 2021 against the petitioners and two others for the offences punishable under Sections 120 B, 406 & 420 IPC. After investigation, the respondent police filed a final report before the Judicial Magistrate No.VII, Coimbatore. Therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal original petition with liberty to challenge the final report filed by the respondent police and to that effect, he has also made an endorsement. 3.In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this criminal original petition is 2/4

dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report filed by the respondent police. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
