O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed on the ground that the order dated 01.08.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.9758 of 2019 has not been complied with by the Respondent.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondent produced the proceedings of the Respondent dated 26.09.2023, stating that the order passed by this Court on 01.08.2021, in W.P.No.9758 of 2019 has been complied with and the amount payable to the petitioner, after adjusting the amount due to be paid by the petitioner towards the punishment imposed on him, has been paid to him.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the amount has been recovered from the petitioner towards unimplemented punishment.

4. Recording the proceedings of the Respondent dated 26.09.2023, this contempt petition stands closed. However, it is open to the Petitioner to 2/4

seek recovery of the amount, if any, in accordance with law. 03.11.2023 arr 3/4
