O R D E R

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the total extent of the property is 165 grounds, whereas, patta has been issued only for 163 grounds and there is a discrepancy insofar as remaining 2 grounds are concerned situated at S.No.8/7.

2. Learned Government Advocate submits that for all those survey numbers for which applications have been submitted by the petitioner, patta has been granted. For the remaining grounds in Survey No.8/7, there is no application available with the respondent. Therefore, if the petitioner submits an application, patta will be granted in favour of the petitioner.

3. In the light of the above, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to submit a fresh application both through online and physical mode for issuance of patta insofar as S.No.8/7 is concerned measuring an extent of 2 grounds. On receipt of the same, the respondent shall issue patta in the name of the petitioner for the said property within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of the fresh application from the 2/4

petitioner.
