O R D E R

The wife seeks transfer of IDOP No.37 of 2021 on the file of the Principal District Court, Villupuram to the Family Court, Erode to be tried along with IDOP No.160 of 2021 pending on the file of the said Court.

2. The transfer is sought for solely on the ground of convenience of the wife since she is a resident of Erode and she has also filed a petition in IDOP No.160 of 2021 on the file of the Family Court at Erode.

3. Considering the convenience of the wife and pendency of IDOP No.160 of 2021 on the file of the Family Court, Erode, IDOP No.37 of 2021 is withdrawn from the file of the Principal District Court, Villupuram and transferred to the Family Court, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Erode to be tried and disposed of along with IDOP No.160 of 2021 pending on its file. The Family Court, Erode is required to dispose of both the IDOPs within a period of one year from the date of receipt of papers from the Principal District Court, Villupruam. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed accordingly. No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
