This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1013 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.26893 of 2022 dated 31.01.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police once in a month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
