This petition has been filed to call for the entire records and quash all proceedings in S.T.C.No.112 of 2016 pending on the file of Fast Track Court cum Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.G.Krishnamurthy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, the petitioner is ready and willing to amicably settle with the respondent/complainant. Recording his submission, this petition is closed with a direction to the Judicial Magistrate, (FTC), Ambattur to refer the complainant and the accused in STC No.112 of 2016 to the Legal Services Authority, Tiruvallur for bringing about a settlement between the parties. The Legal Services Authority, Tiruvallur is directed to complete the mediation process within one month from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the date of receipt of a copy of the order from the trial Court. On appearance of all parties, the mediation proceedings shall be completed within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
