This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 25.04.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.7620 of 2015, thereby directing the respondents to implement the G.O.Ms.No.216 dated 22.03.1993 in respect of the petitioner. 2.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the sixth respondent passed order on 13.06.2023, thereby revised the pension of the petitioner herein. He also produced a copy of the order dated 13.06.2023 passed by the sixth respondent.
