Prayer:Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the entire records pertaining to the Cr.No.25 of 2024 dated 03.02.2024 on the file of the Naduveerapattu Police Station, Panruti Taluk, Cuddalore District and quash the same. The petitioner herein seeks quash of the Cr.No.25 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, on the ground that the dispute is purely civil in nature but given criminal colour.

2. However, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that on investigating the complaint given against the petitioner, the respondent police has collected the material regarding commission of offence attracting Sections 447, 294 (b) and 506 (2) of IPC. Hence, final report filed on 28.05.2024 before the Judicial Magistrate-I, Cuddalore.

3. In the light of the above fact, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner herein to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected M.P is closed. 22.07.2024 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order gv 2/4
