ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 09.04.2025, passed by this Court in W.P.No.12648 of 2025, thereby directed the respondent to conduct an

enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 05.01.2025, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties and dispose the same within a period of four weeks.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent conducted enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and after enquiry, a case has been registered in Crime No.388 of 2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 316(2) & 318 of BNS, as against the accused persons. 3.

Recording the above submissions, this Contempt Petition is closed.
