ORDER

When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that as directed by this court, the claim of the petitioner was considered and was ultimately, rejected by the proceedings of the third respondent in e/f/vz;/1957/M2/2021 dated 11.09.2021 and hence, the order of this Court dated 08.03.2021 passed in W.P.No.9748 of 2014, has been complied with. 2.The said submission has also been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.Recording the submissions so made on the either side, this contempt petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the same in the

manner known law, if so advised.
