COMMON PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records connected with the proceedings issued in No.16428/A2/2007 dated 04.10.2007 passed by the Respondent herein and quash the same and consequently direct the Respondent to appoint the Petitioners as Cook, Guard and Watchman respectively in the existing vacancies.

Ravikumar Additional Government Pleader COMMON ORDER These Writ petitions have been filed challenging the impugned order of the Respondent in No.16428/A2/2007 dated 04.10.2007 relating to the Seniority List of Last Grade Government servants and consequential panel for the post of Cook, Guard and Watchman respectively, quash the same and for consequential relief.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the Petitioners submitted that all the three Petitioners have been appointed in the respective posts and hence, the relief sought for in this petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in these Writ petitions. Accordingly, these Writ petitions stand dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
