Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police station daily at 10.30 a.m. For a period of four weeks. Thereafter, report before the respondent daily at 10 a.m. For a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation in Crl.O.P.15667 of 2020, order dated 05.10.2020 in Crime No.849 of 2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. D.ARUN, Advocate for the petitioners, and of MR.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) Petition for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.O.P.No.15667 of 2020 dated 05.10.2020 in Cr.No.849 of 2020 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. For a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the conditions imposed in CRL.O.P.No.15667 of 2020 dated 05.10.2020, on the petitioner, has been complied with regularly till dated. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the above, the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.O.P.No.15667 of 2020 dated 05.10.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police once in week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. Util further orders.
