ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition in Para No.8 imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.13317 of 2026 by its order dated 21.05.2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, in the very same crime number, no such condition was imposed on the other accused in Crl.O.P. Nos. 12962 and 10418 of 2026, as the condition imposed in Crl.O.P. No. 13317 of 2026. Hence, in order to maintain parity, he prayed that the condition imposed in paragraph No. 8(3), be relaxed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), appearing for the respondent, submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed earlier. Accordingly, the condition imposed by this Court in paragraph No. 8(3) in Crl.O.P. No. 13317 of 2026 stands relaxed.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered. 12.06.2026 rkp
