This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to modify the condition imposed in Para-6(3) of the order in Crl M.P. No.955 of 2026 dated 20.04.2026 on the file of learned Principal Sessions Judge, Salem.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been complying with the condition since 20.04.2026.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) does not object to the said submission.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side, the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Salem in Para-6(3) of the order in Crl M.P. No.955 of 2026 dated 20.04.2026 is relaxed.
