This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.4519 of 2022 on 05.04.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.191 of 2022 on 05.04.2022 to report before the respondent police on 1st and 15th of every English Calender Month until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
