This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the order passed in STC.No.4767 of 2022 dated 03.11.2023 on the file of the Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court-1, Egmore @ Allikulam, Chennai had not been applied though the Xerox copy of the same had been enclosed herein in the typed set of papers.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
