This petition is filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in Cr.No.110 of 2023 on the file of the respondent.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is an accused in Cr.No.110 of 2023 registered for the offences under Section 294 (b), 324, 307 & 506 (ii) of I.P.C. Petitioner is in judicial custody from 19.05.2023. Thus, he prays for bail.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that there is a previous enmity between the first accused and defactocomplainant. Due to previous enmity, accused, at about 2.15 p.m. on 16.05.2023, had waylaid the defacto-complainant and attacked him. Other accused Kili Karthi attacked defacto-complainant with knife. Petitioner has eleven previous cases pending. Out of eleven cases, five cases had been disposed. Remaining cases are pending.
