ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para No.6(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.14168 of 2025 dated 08.05.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one month and thereafter, as and when required for further interrogation.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in para No.6(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.14168 of 2025 dated 08.05.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one month and thereafter, as and when required for further interrogation is relaxed.
