This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.5937 of 2023 on 16.03.2023 to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter every saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the investigation completed and final report filed in C.C.No.4773 of 2023 before the CCB - CBCID Court, Egmore, Chennai.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the CCB - CBCID Court, Egmore, Chennai, on the 1st day of every month at 10.30 a.m., and also on all hearing dates, until further orders.
