2.This Court had passed a detailed order on 27.09.2021 dismissing the above Petition. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner has requested that it may be observed that the observations made in the order are only for the limited purpose of deciding the Criminal Original Petition and should not weigh the mind of the learned Trial Judge during the course of trial or in any other proceedings.

3.Accordingly, the following lines are incorporated as paragraph No.21:- ''21.It is made clear that the observations made by this Court in the above order is only for the limited purpose of deciding the Original Petition and I am confident that the said observations will not weigh on the mind of the learned Trial Judge either during the course of trial or during any other judicial proceedings''.

4.Registry may incorporate the above paragraph in the order dated 27.09.2021 and issue fresh order copy on application.
