This Contempt Petition is filed by complaining that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No. 365 of 2019 dated 14.02.2019 has not been complied with.

2. Mr.D.Suriyanarayanan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent.

3. On instructions, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No. 365 of 2019 dated 14.02.2019 has been complied with, by issuing proceedings on 11.11.2019. He has also produced a copy of the said communication.

Considering the above stated facts and circumstances, this Contempt Petition is closed, however, by granting liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy as against the proceedings issued by the respondent, if the petitioner is so, aggrieved against the said proceedings.
