Mr.Sidharth.U, learned counsel on record for the petitioner states that the entirety of the demand under the impugned orders have been settled under Samadhan Scheme. The pre-condition for consideration of an application under the Samadhan Scheme of the Commercial Taxes Department is the withdrawal of the Writ Petition. It is hence that the petitioner does not wish to pursue this Writ Petition and seeks withdrawal of the same.
2. In light of the above, this Writ Petition and connected Miscellaneous Petition are closed as withdrawn. With this withdrawal, 3 / 4

nothing stands in the way of the Commercial Taxes Department processing the application of the petitioner in accordance with the Samadhan Scheme. No costs.
