This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.809 of 2020 dated 03.10.2020 before the competent Court within the stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondentPolice and perused the materials available on record.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-Police submitted that already investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed on the file of the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai in PRC No.89665 of 2024.

4. Recording the abovesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
