2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that some typographical error has been crept in the order dated 10.08.2022 in this present petition. Accordingly, the following correction shall be incorporated in the order: (ii) In paragraph No.2, instead of "There are totally three accused, in which, the petitioner is arrayed as A2. Even according to the case of the prosecution, the subject property was owned by A1 and it was sold in favour of the defacto complainant in the year 1989. Suppressing the said fact, A1 had executed the sale deed in favour of the petitioner who in turn executed sale agreement with the 3rd accused, who is not alive now. Hence, the case". it should be corrected as, "There are totally three accused, in which, the petitioner is arrayed as A2.

Even according to the case of the prosecution, the subject property was owned by A1 and it was sold in favour of the defacto complainant in the year 1989. Suppressing the said fact, A1 had executed the sale deed in favour of the petitioner who in turn executed sale deed with the 3rd accused, who is not alive now. Hence, the case".

(i) In paragraph No.3, instead of "The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to cancel the sale agreement in favour of the 3rd accused, who is the deceased now. Hence, he seeks for bail to the petitioner" .

it should be corrected as, "The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to cancel the sale deed in favour of the 3rd accused, who is the deceased now. Hence, he seeks for bail to the petitioner" .

3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections in the Order dated 10.08.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.18284 of 2022 and issue fresh order copy. 14.10.2022 mn G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.
