A.No.5052 of 2019 in C.S.Sr.No.69554 of 2019 R.SUBRAMANIAN, J., This application has been filed seeking leave to institute a suit for partition in this court.

2.Leave is sought for on the ground that one of the properties subject matter of the suit is situate outside the jurisdiction of this court.

3.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the application and the fact that some of the properties subject matter of the suit are situate within the jurisdiction of this court, this application is allowed granting leave to the plaintiffs to institute a suit for partition in this court.
