This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7990 of 2023 dated 17.04.2023.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
