This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14589 of 2022 on 27.06.2022 to report before the respondent police daily morning at 10.30 a.m. and evening at 5.00 p.m until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police twice in a week, i.e., on every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m.

and 5.00 p.m until further orders.
