ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.654 of 2022 dated 28.12.2022 within a time frame and file final report before the Judicial Magistrate, Omalur.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation has already been completed and the charge sheet is being made ready for filing.

3. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to file the charge sheet within a short period without any further delay.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
