This petition is filed to condone the delay of 225 days in representing W.A.SR.No.93345 of 2019 against the order dated 22.02.2018 made in W.P.No.6970 of 2017.

2. Heard the learned Government Counsel appearing for the petitioners/appellants.

3. Upon hearing the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and the list the same for admission.
