O R D E R

Mr.K.Tippu Sultan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the directions in order dated 05.03.2024 have been complied to the extend that the documents are ready for handing over and the petitioner has also been intimated that he may collect the same.

2. By way of an e-mail dated 16.08.2024, the petitioner states that he is a resident of Kerala and he will receive the documents shortly. This would suffice for the purpose of recording compliance and recording the same, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
