Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Mandamus to direct the 3rd respondent to pass orders on the petitioners our reply dated 4.8.2012 to the notice dated 26.07.2012 issued by the 3rd respondent under Section 7 of the Land Encroachment Act, in respect of the two shops in T.S.No.125, Ward H, Block 1 of Adambakkam Village, Alandur Taluk and forbear the respondents from taking any coercive action of eviction against the petitioner in respect of the two shops till orders are passed by the 3rd respondent and till the petitioners' exhaust their appeal remedy under Section 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905.
