COMMON ORDER During the pendency of all these writ petitions, the workmen and the Management have entered into a Settlement under Section 18(1) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947.

2. Pursuant to the said Settlement, the dues to the workmen also are settled. Thus, no further adjudication is required to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in all these writ petitions.
