The matter is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned." 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this petition was ordered on 09.12.2020 and though he had stated the offences correctly in the petition, the offences have not been correctly reflected in the order and thereby, he seeks for appropriate orders. 3.In view of the above submission, paragraph No.1 of the order dated 09.12.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.19010 of 2020 to be read as follows: The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 417, 420 and 506(i) of IPC read with Section 4 of TNPHW Act, in Crime No.1301 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

4. Registry is directed to carryout necessary corrections in the order and issue a fresh order copy.

5. Further, two weeks time is extended to comply with the order from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
