This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in para 5 (b) in Crl.O.P No. 12335 of 2024 dated 05.06.2024:

2. The reason assigned by the petitioner is satisfactory. Accordingly, para 5 (b) in Crl.OP. No. 12335 of 2024 dated 05.06.2024 is modified as follows :

5 (b). the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months.

3. Further, this Court is inclined to grant further two weeks time to comply with the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P No. 12335 of 2024. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
