ORDER
The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to issue No Objection Certificate in respect of the Passport Number J4331691.
2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 19.07.2018 to first respondent seeking for issuance of No Objection Certificate in respect of his Passport No.J4331691, but, the same has not been considered by the first respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. The learned respective counsels appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits and in accordance with law.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.07.2018, after verifying the documents and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
