O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 02.04.2025 wherein the petitioner is seeking for re-location of the electric pole, which has been erected in front of the petitioner's house.

2. Heard Ms.N.Lavanya, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.L.Jaivenkatesh, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the electric pole is erected in front of his house and as a result, the petitioner and his family are finding it difficult for the smooth ingress and egress to the house. A representation was made in this regard to re-locate the electric pole. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, it will suffice if a direction is given to the second respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 02.04.2025 and take a 2/4

decision within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
